Reiki is a non-invasive and relaxing treatment which can be either hands on or hands off depending on your preference.
During the treatment expect to feel deeply relaxed and peaceful. You may feel sensations like heat, cold, tingling and heaviness. Some people see colours and some fall asleep or into a meditative state- all of which are

Hello! I'm Kirsty and I'm excited to share Blue Skies Reiki with you all.
Since Reiki found me, it has changed my life. It has helped me with both my physical and mental health - I am calmer, happier and more connected to everything around me. It's opened my eyes and helped me to see the magic that surrounds us all.
I'm a fully qualified and insured Usui Reiki Master teacher. I'm passionate about health and wellbeing and I'd love to share the healing power of Reiki with you and help you to become your best self and connect to the peace within.
